FRUIT JUICE CONCENTRATE

Fruit juice concentrates, on the other hand have longer shelf life and are easy to pack, store, or transport to geographically far regions. In fact, concentrating the fruit juices reduce the water activity (aw), which in turn, inhibits the growth of microorganisms and improves the shelf life of juice products.

FRUIT PULP

The pulp of a citrus fruit are the stringy content of the fruit's endocarp. The pulp contains the juice of the fruit. The pulp is usually removed from fruit juice by filtering it out.

FRUIT PUREE

puree (or mash) is cooked food, usually vegetables, fruits or legumes, that has been ground, pressed, blended or sieved to the consistency of a creamy paste or liquid.
